Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) is leading the modernization of UnitedHealth Group legacy and on-prem landscape with a thoughtful migration to the cloud to help create more flexibility for speed and stability for end users. As the owner of ETIPS technology portfolio, we are exploring new ways of delivering these investments and seeking a strategic partnership to co-deliver and accelerate our ambitious and innovative agenda.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor work queues for alerts of potential network threats, intrusions, and/or compromises.
2. Assess validity and scope to determine if the alert is actionable and determine remediation steps required.

• Confirm accuracy of the alerting information.
• Identify malicious behaviors.
• Determine remediation actions needed.

3. Escalate incident to proper team for response and remediation.
4. Participate in specialized guild related activities and projects.
