Description:
- ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience on CSM product suite.
- Has experience managing team functionally of a complex implementation project and development.
- Preference of having experience working in telecom sector clients and if worked on Telecom Product Line of ServiceNow.
- Responsible for requirement gathering and process mapping during workshops with stakeholders.
- Work and analyse gap analysis with OOB and bespoke needs of customers.
- Prepare functional specification and documentation if needed.
- Has worked in Agile Framework and able to build stories based on customer requirement for ServiceNow Development Team.
- Support testing for the solution shared by the development team during regression and functional testing.
- Build Product backlog and prioritise based with the business.
- Has maintained high level knowledge on ServiceNow products and features, to ensure and suggest continuous improvement for customer.
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator

- Scrum Fundamentals
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
