- Good understanding of the business, processes and systems to effectively interface between technology and business within Lending Domain either in housing, consumer or commercial lending
- Responsible for analyzing, testing and delivering the technology solutions for implementation of new releases and applications
- Experienced BA with knowledge of Loan Origination System business processes for implementation of digital onboarding processes as well as Collection Management processes as techno- functional expert in an end-user or a technology organization
- Responsible for integration with existing NBFC stack as well as third party business service APIs.
- Good to have knowledge of GL System as well as Treasury processes such as ALM, Treasury Management System
- Strong at collaboration with leaders and sponsors from different departments as well as with Senior Management for execution and progress updates on key ongoing initiatives.
- Can assist in project management of individual initiatives and for collaboration with other technology team members on enterprise-wide initiatives
- Track the effort, scope and costs of initiatives managed by the role
- Must have skills in Business System Analysis and Requirement gathering/documentation (BRD/FRS Creation)
- Must have Lending Domain Knowledge especially knowledge of Loan Management & Collection Management.
- Must have comfort on SME Lending & Housing lines of business.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
