- As a Senior VP Operations , you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end to end business operations which includes Buying and Merchandizing, SCM, Sourcing, Planning and Pricing, Logistics and Warehouse, Plant Operations and Design.
- Scaling business operations and contributing to the growth of business. Knowledge of customer experience will be an added advantage.
- Lead the p/l management for each of the departments, working closely with cross functional teams like Marketing, People Function, Business Heads, Chief of Staff and Finance/Legal teams.
- Drive the creative direction and merchandising strategies to deliver compelling and market relevant fashion collections.
- Oversee the end to end supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing, production, and distribution of fashion products.
- Own the complete warehouse management and logistics including the inventory management, assortment planning and work closely with the tech team to have the right products displayed in various channels.
Desired Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree & MBA in business, operations management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant operations and supply chain management experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an e-commerce start-up with a focus on D2C operations.
