- Develop an integrated Talent Management framework at the backdrop of the organization's future strategy & core Values.
- Spearhead the Talent Potential Review Process & Formation of Governance mechanism in the form of talent .
- Design & deploy the processes & mechanisms for the key talent & Hi Potential Identification.
- Develop & Implement talent development programs involving a combination of education- experience & exposure to build the internal talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and business HR in managing & retaining the Hi Potential and Key Talent through their life cycle.
- Design & Deliver on Career Management & Job Rotation frameworks towards refreshing & creating more fungible organizational talents while meeting the individual's career aspirations.
