AddressJob Description :
- Driving Digital partnership strategy and expanding Bank network for strategic alliances.
- Responsible for maintaining existing alliances partnerships, developing and analysing potential partnerships and onboarding new ones.
- Financial Due Diligence and Risk analysis of all the deals being entered into.
- Manage end to end partner relations including Pitching Negotiation.
- Contracting, Execution and monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HUB, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance & Marketing to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to seniors.
- Achieving Annual operation plans on Business Nos.& Portfolio performance.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- In business development or partnership management in NBFC, Bank or Fintech
- Should be self-starter, results details oriented
- Flexibility to work in a start-up environment and ability to solve problems.
- Education - Bachelor/ Master degree from a tier 1 college only.
- Age Limit: Below 40
- Reporting To: Senior VP
