Compensation & Benefits:
Looking for someone with Core experience in Comp & Ben with Rewards, Incentive, Bonus, Benchmarking on AON data, JOB Banding Structure, Retention Programme. Experience on ESOP or Stock Options will be added.
- Managing entire Compensation Cycle- Annual Compensation Review - (Promotions, Increments & Variable Pay) and Mid-Year Review. Will be involved end-to-end from Budgeting to Letter Generation inclusive of Bell Curves, Deck Proposals, Rating Closures and Presentations to Leadership team.
- Implementation of Rewards distribution for Sales and Support Staff by meticulously budgeting without increasing the OPEX of the company.
- Conducting Goal Audit for Senior, Middle and Junior Management across Businesses.
- Deferred Compensation and Long-Term Incentive Plans - Timely review and creation of new plans as and when required.
- Allotment of RSUs (Restricted Stock Unit) for eligible employees and assistance in tax care.
- Stakeholder of car benefits in the organization - Providing tax benefits as governed by the Organization.
- Salary Restructuring - Stakeholder for Restructuring of Salary. Will be involved during PF Govt. regulatory changes that happened.
- Job evaluation and revamped the Organizational Structure. Creating decks which will get presented for meetings with the CEO.
- Performance Management - Goal Setting, Mid-Year, Self-Evaluation and Manager Evaluation.
- Sales Compensation and Benefits: Career Progression of FLS Employees (Incentives & Dealer Career Progression Plan). End to end management of the Career Progression Plan.
- Market Benchmarking.
- Creating & revamping the HR Dashboard - HR Analytics.
