Address- Maintenance of all Secretarial Records, filing of various E-forms under Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made there under on the MCA 21 portal
- Updation of Statutory Registers and minutes books of board and other committee meeting.
- Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Board and other Committees meetings
- Working on Annual Reports and AGM related maters.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all SEBI regulations applicable to the Company and filing of various intimations on the stock exchanges.
- Co ordinating with Depositories, Stock Exchanges and Registrar and Share transfer Agents to ensure smooth functioning of shareholder related compliances.
- Preparation of various Policies, Codes and Procedures under Companies Act and SEBI Regulation.
- To review amendments in regulatory framework and analyse its effects.
- Leading and responding to queries raised during internal audits and risk assessments and reviews.
