Senior Manager - AGM Liaison
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate should be from Accounting background with liaising experience
- Experience - 9 to 15 years
- Industry Experience- Automobile(EV), Renewable, EPC, Manufacturing
Reporting - CFO
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively liaise with government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing opportunities for collaboration.
- Stay updated on government schemes, subsidies, and policies relevant to the industry, and provide strategic advice to senior management on leveraging these opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize company profitability through the strategic utilization of government incentives, subsidies, and grants.
- Collaborate closely with internal finance and business development teams to align financial strategies with government regulations and policies.
- Monitor and analyze government initiatives and industry trends to identify potential opportunities or risks to the business.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to government agencies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other relevant forums with government officials and industry partners.
- Drive initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency in government liaison and financial strategy activities.
