Job Responsibilities
- Understand current open positions and develop a hiring plan
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business managers) to finalise the JDs and establish clarity on the positions
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (consultants/partners) to communicate the requirements
- Work closely with consultants/partners to source sourcing suitable profiles
- Drive the recruitment and selection processes - interviews, screening calls etc., to the final selection stage
- Conduct reference check on potential candidates
- Candidate compensation negotiation and closure post internal approvals
- Ensure adherence to the internal processes/SOPs and TATs
