AddressSenior Manager - Sustainability
- Develop and implement a robust sustainability assurance program to ensure accuracy, completeness, and credibility of sustainability reporting and disclosures
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of sustainability assurance engagements, including internal audits, external audits, and third-party assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and validate data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance indicators
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential non-compliance or reputational risk related to sustainability reporting and disclosure obligations
- Provide guidance and support to business units and functions on sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and best practices, including but not limited to GRI, SASB, CDP, and TCFD
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and industry benchmarks in sustainability reporting and assurance, ensuring alignment with global standards and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, regulators, vendors and industry associations, to promote transparency and accountability in sustainability practices
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops on sustainability reporting and assurance principles, methodologies, and tools for internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors on sustainability assurance findings, outcomes, and action plans
- Lead energy and water conservation projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of energy and water consumption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare and manage budgets for energy and water conservation initiatives, tracking expenditures and forecasting future needs
