The team you will be a part of
The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.
This role in summary
Responsible for Regional Logistics operations including Warehousing, Freight and Customer Order Fulfillment
Your responsibilities will include
Customer Order Management and Execution
CFA and warehouse management
Secondary transportation management
Implementation of warehouse SOPs, safety & hygiene
IT support and coordination
Coordination with Sales team for orders and executions
Vendor management, vendor development
Drive warehouse efficiencies, space utilization and MHEs efficiencies
Responsible for warehouse and secondary cost budgets
Warehouse automation and efficiency
Labour productivity management
Minimum requirements
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
Necessary
Post graduate/ MBA in supply chain operations
EXPERIENCE/ PREFERRED INDUSTRY
Necessary
7-8 years experience in the Logistics
Preferred
NITIE/SJMSOM
Preferred
Candidates from FMCG/ consumer durables/ Logistics background will be preferred.
