The person has to be professionally qualified like BE ( Electrical / Civil/ Fire) from a reputed engineering college/ university with minimum experience 8-10 years or more in the field of building construction segment & industry with an exposure to major corporate / construction segment owners / consultants / contractors like L&T / GDCL / IVRCL / Simplex / Gammon /Sapoorji & others. The Candidate with Fire Fighting exposure will be highly preferred.

- Clearly exposed in the sales & marketing & overall operation of the region east & having leadership skill & leading a team of 5-6 engineers in WB / Odisha / NE/ Chhattisgarh.
- Develop a new & high performing team with the blend of existing & new entrants
- New customer acquisition, formulate plan & strategy with guideline to the east team for proper implementation & establish a customer universe by retaining old customers & acquiring new customers.
- Has to have techno commercial acumen, interpersonal skills & be positive & go getter, work under pressure situation

- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products & customer needs & insights
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing product portfolio.
- Managing launch campaigns for new products, Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications, including the website, print communications and advertising.
- Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically sales forecasts for each products ( taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort) allocation of expenses between products ( taking into consideration stage in products life cycle, potential for future growth and profit contribution, potential competitors),
- Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders of the customers, resource allocation & preparation quarterly reports.
- Establish and implement short and long term goals, objective, policies and operating procedures.
- Represent the organisation at various community and /or business meetings to promote the brand
- Monitor & supervise sales & marketing & execution team
- Meet the sales target for the quarter / annual / collection plan / other statutory documents from the clients.
- Open minded, analytical, positive & target driven & overall with his own client base in building construction segments / Industries
- Previous experience to deal a business size of 5-6 Cr & must have his own sets of customers in building construction segment for project sales
- Strongly inculcate & establish organisation Mission, Vision & Policy within the team & himself.
