The ACI Operation & System Engineering team is a horizontal team that works with product team and other teams that need performance monitoring as well as Data encryption & Data Tokenization services. The team works with cutting edge tools like Comforte, Zabbix and IgNio, Grafana Cloud. The Team helps in configuration, deployment and support of these tools to the product and Data center teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineerto join our dynamic team. As an Unified Communications Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our organization’s communication infrastructure. Your expertise in Cisco technologies, Genesys Cloud, and MS Teams Rooms video conferencing solutions will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication across our enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Support :
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the voice and end point environment.
    • Support of Cisco and other hardware gateways (ISDN, SIP, TCP/IP)
    • Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IP telephony, voice, video, and mobility solutions.
    • Assist in software upgrades for existing Cisco voice deployments.
    • Provide technical assistance to for Corporate Offices and other professionals.
  • Cisco Call Manager (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) :
    • Design, develop, and implement network and telecommunications infrastructure using Cisco Call Manager.
    • Monitor network connections and installations of Cisco network operating system software.
    • Configure and maintain network hardware and software.
    • Support end-users in Cisco VoIP environments (Webex App, Desk Phone, Conference Room)
  • Genesys Cloud IVR :
    • Leverage Genesys Cloud for contact center solutions & Collaborate with business partners, internal clients, and vendors.
    • Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud-related issues.
    • Design and implement IVR systems to enhance customer interactions.
    • Optimize call flows and analyze call detail records.
    • Understand IVR’s role in complex multi-component environments.
  • Video Conferencing :
    • Assist with implementation of Conference Space solutions (MS Teams Room/Webex) & ensure seamless video communication across the organization.
    • Assist in training and supporting ACI end user base.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field:
  • Enterprise-scale VoIP and Video over IP network environments (Cisco, Microsoft)
  • SIP, DNS, MPLS, ISDN, and existing network and applications.
  • Deep understanding of IVR’s role in complex multi-component environments.
  • Remote monitoring and management of enterprise IPT environments.
  • End-user support in MS Teams, Cisco VoIP/CUCM environments.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • Technical assistance for ISP outages and related issues.
  • Certifications :
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher.
    • Genesys certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Professional).

Highly Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in developing card payments software solutions including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, JCB, etc.
  • Business knowledge about card payments industry is a plus.
  • Work Experience in Agile Methodology would be preferable

Education:

  • BE, BTech Comp Science, BTech Electronics, BE / BTech IT, MSc Comp Sc, MCA
