Role Summary: This position will be based in Mumbai looking after Pan India branches. The reporting will be to Head Safety & Security. The role of the Manager/ Sr Manager Safety (SM) is to be the point of contact for all fire/life safety matters pertaining to Zonal business operations for West & South zones. The SM will become a partner and key business enabler to support Zonal business leaders, executives, management and employees to ensure the security and safety of company personnel, facilities, assets, operations, proprietary information and corporate reputation in India. The incumbent will deliver a proportionate and strategic safety program that matches business objectives and protects staff and assets. The position needs to coordinate with the concerned agencies on fire safety aspects including training and mock drills. The position needs to conduct Safety Committees meeting in zones, maintenance of HIRA register, implementation of ISO standards, conduct of safety workshops, training of staff including outsource staffs, measures to move forward in the Bradley curve of the Organisation, conduct of Safety and Electrical Audits of branches, ensure all regulatory requirements are met and to drive overall safety culture in the Organisation. He has to work in close liaison with the zone teams.

Compliance Management
- Totally compliant to statutory laws prevailing from time to time
- Partner with Real Estate, IT, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Communications, Internal Audit, Business Continuity and business line stakeholders to drive, implement, coordinate and ensure a consistent, balanced and cost-effective application of corporate safety requirements in India.

Safety management
- Ensure all our offices and assets are insulated from any threat whatsoever
- Maintain a incident reporting database to capture and analyze all Safety incidents occurring at Zones.
Fire & Life safety
- Complete safety to human resources by having a robust fire safety process in place
- Promote Safety awareness and instill a culture of collective and individual responsibility for the practice of Safety at all times.
Risk
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, and business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
