- Entire Quality activities including process quality, supplier quality and customer quality
- To improve in-house capability & Reduction in customer complaints.
- Reduce internal rejections.
- Ensure supplier quality and process quality by means of scheduled audits.
- Responsible for a team of engineers in the area of incoming, Supplier quality, and finished goods QA.
- Working with purchasing for part development activities for the product, technical, commercial, and organizational support to customers.
- Permanent Process Quality Improvement & Troubleshooting.
- Support of certification process according to ISO 9001 and TS16949.
- Interact with customers and employees.
- Conflict management following win – win strategy.
- Launch new products within stipulated time and budget.
- Annual QA operating plan.
Functional Skills Requirement
- 7 QC Tools – Implement & Train
- Product Diagnosis & Component Failure Analysis.
- In Depth knowledge of 8D process.
- Calibration, MSA & SPC knowledge. Must be able to train.
- QMS (Product / Process / Layout Audit) implementation & monitoring experience.
- APQP, PPAP & Change Management in depth knowledge.
- Theoretical and practical experience with mathematical models of technical or economical processes.
- Should have skills to hire new teams.
- Be able to take up plant responsibilities by way of moving up the ladder.
- Fair knowledge of Profit and Loss.
- Strong business acumen.
- At least 3 years experience in dealing with top management.
