YOUR ROLE
- You will be sought to complete capital projects (both brownfield and greenfield) on time, within budget, and within scope.
- You will ensure timely development of project business case, charter and A4, ensure appropriate signoffs and coordinate decision (body) meetings such as steering committee.
- Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones and proactively identify and address areas for improvements as well as risks and counter measures.
- You will be the link between project team and project sponsor and align the deliverables between them.
- You will be responsible for the project team, delegate tasks to them and ensure a smooth project communication plan.
- You can identify and resolve project risks/issues, and regularly update or escalate issues to the sponsor (and steering committee) as needed.

YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any stream) & MBA in Operation Management (Preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Working Experience in manufacturing site will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project)
