Address- Overall 10-12 years' Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with minimum 6-8 years as in-house counsel in Media & Entertainment company.
- Should be a Law graduate from a reputed law school or university in India. Good communication skills and fluent in English language.
- Strong experience in drafting contracts/notices, reviewing, negotiating all types of contracts, for distribution, B2B and ad-revenue business.
- Should have litigation experience, well-versed with TRAI /MIB regulations and other applicable laws/regulations to the broadcasting sector, regulatory compliances etc.
- Should effectively negotiate agreement & strategies legal and business structure.
- Ability to advise stakeholders and on consultation papers pertaining to the business
- Effectively handle all compliance and legal documentation related to distribution, B2B and ad-revenue.
