Job Purpose:
To acquire sites from government & private institutions in line with customer requirement. Focus on delivering difficult & critical sites with established processes. Tracking and Participation in various tenders notified by various authorities
Job Description:
RFAI through IA sites in circle
1. LOI (site count) to SP Conversion %
2. Number of customer workshop/meetings
3. Mapping of open orderbook with IA acquired funnel
4. Liquidation of IA tagged SRs in Order book
5. Review of IA tagged SRs with NB & IA team
New Institution Accounts to added in circle
1.Acquisition of sites from institution such as MCs, Development authority, police station etc.
2.Engaging with industry association i.e. TAIPA, COAI, State government / MCs for creation of favourable tower policies
3.Tender Management, Technical eligibility & participation in 100% of tender
4. Positioning and follow-up Meetings with Institutions in circle, maintaining relationship on regular basis
3 Growth in IA sites Portfolio 1. Addition of new sites
2. IA sites rental payment as per the contract
3. IA site sharing
Acquisition of smart city project (smart poles and or fibre and or GBM and or small cells), Digital Districts
1. Meetings with smart city project authorities and maintaining relationship
2. Following up and working on generating PPP model RFPs
5 IBS 1. No of IBS accounts acquired (LOI Signed)
2. RFAI of IBS sites
