Job description

HR activities and Compliance:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, maintain and implement a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure and system for Corporate and Factories in multiple geographies; conduct periodic employee compensation & benefits surveys to ensure the compensation scales are competitive; administer an equitable benefits scheme, monitor claims, insurance coverage and other benefits.
- Define organization development needs, training and management development needs, draw up succession and career development plans for potential management; design appropriate organizational career development programs; conduct periodic staff development needs analysis & employee surveys for management review; organize and coordinate training courses.
- Closely work with labor law consultants and manpower service providers. Co-ordinate contractual manpower recruitment and related compliances as per relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implementation of HR Systems and Policies, covering, among others, recruitment, retention, succession and career planning, performance appraisal, and training & development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative HR solutions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that support the
company's strategic goals.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to employee relations, performance
management, compensation, benefits, and administration.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances in a fair and objective manner.
- Plan and organize employee activities/ offsites.


Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies and maintain accurate and up-to-date labor law records
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.
- Assist in handling employee-related legal issues, working closely with the legal department or external legal counsel.
Strategic HR Advisory:
- Collaborate with senior management and department Heads to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
- Manpower analysis, planning and budgeting in accordance with business needs; set up and manage systems and processes to suitable talent; develop, implement and facilitate orientation and induction programs for all new employees.
- Incumbent may also be given responsibility for office administration department basis performance and inclination.
Skills :


- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong leadership and mentoring skills are must.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
- A thorough understanding of the rules and legislation governing employment
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes.
