What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?•Partner with Sales Cluster leader and team to design and deliver the people agenda to attract, retain, and develop talent.•As a part of the HR team this role is responsible for enabling and leading people related initiatives and strategic projects along with the other members of the HR team•Provide leadership in delivery of HR services that include hiring, induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, learning and development, talent management, compensation & benefits in collaboration with corporate COE teams as applicable.Talent Management•Build a talent pipeline with the right skills and experiences to grow the business by identifying and nurturing talent. Ensure hiring TAT & build recruitment pipeline in partnership with TA team.•Shape and enable a winning growth mindset that drives performance and engagement of a diverse and inclusive workforce, through digitally enabled people processes and systems.People Engagement•Drive engagement interventions to understand the pulse of the business teams and construct action plans based on the feedback.•Ensure regular connect with the team on ground through one on one and group meetings with an aim to understand issues and chalk out plans to correct them•Manage employee issues pertaining to disciplinary matters and grievance handling.•Design/deliver organisational change/restructures as per the need of the business.Capability Development•Facilitating in identifying and executing training needs. Deliver on Capability Development with clear focus on business impact.•Counsel the team on career development and advancement opportunities, as well as initiatives related to development, training, compensation, engagement & recognition.Team Management & Coaching•Provide advice and coaching to line managers on disciplinary or ethical cases.•Coach / mentor team member in the HR team for efficient business partnering•Be an ambassador of our values. Lead ethically and model compliant behavior.
What are the Critical success factors for the Position?Education and Experience1.Post-Graduation in Management with a specialization in HR from premier campus with 6-8 years of experience. Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a Sales HR domain for a min of 3-4 yrs within FMCG industry.Soft Skills2.Demonstrated ability to develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives3.Strong business acumen & leadership. Comfortable to work with all levels in the organization.4.Results-orientation with ability to execute in precise timelines.5.Experience in partnering & developing relationships with senior functional leaders.6.Strong analytical, strategical thinking, interpersonal and relationship building skills7.Good knowledge of external HR trends, market, and competitors. Advanced MS Office skills8.Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
