Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales Cluster leader and team to design and deliver the people agenda.• Enable and lead people-related initiatives and strategic projects.• Provide leadership in delivering HR services such as hiring, performance management, learning and development.• Build a talent pipeline and drive performance and engagement of a diverse workforce.• Drive engagement interventions, handle disciplinary matters, and manage organizational change.• Identify and execute training needs, counsel on career development opportunities.• Provide advice and coaching to line managers and mentor HR team members.• Lead ethically and model compliant behavior.
Requirements
• Post-Graduation in Management with a specialization in HR.• 6-8 years of experience, preferably in Sales HR within the FMCG industry.• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.• Strong business acumen and leadership.• Results-oriented with ability to execute in precise timelines.• Experience in partnering and developing relationships with senior leaders.• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and relationship building skills.• Good knowledge of external HR trends and advanced MS Office skills.• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people and lead complex and transformation change.
