Responsibilities
• Develop and monitor strategies, procedures, and policies for enhancing total Food and Beverage revenue• Contribute to design methods for enhancing catering and F&B revenue• Oversee the restaurants' financial performance• Hire and manage the F&B team• Create and evaluate menus• Manage inventory of Food, beverages, and supplies• Monitor the quality of customer service• Manage catering operations for special events• Maintain dining facilities to meet hygiene codes• Develop promotions and advertising campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelor's in Hotel Management/IHM Graduate• Master's in Hotel Management• 20+ years of experience in Food and Beverage Service• At least 3-4 years as the Director of Food and Beverage in a similar size 5-star luxury hotel
