Senior Manager - Finance - Logistics Services - Ca (6-10 Yrs)

Requirement: CA with 6-10 years of experience
As a Senior Manager in the Finance Team, you will be partnering closely with the APAC and Global Finance teams leading the strategy and execution for the following (but not limited to) areas:
1) Managing all finance and compliance related activities for APAC Region
2) Knowledge about Transfer Pricing for APAC region and ensuring all the TP agreements are valid and all the transactions are done within the framework of TP laws and regulations.
3) Ensuring all TP returns / reports are filed on time and all documentations required for TP are complied with correctly.
4) All Direct and Indirect tax payment on timely manner
5) Managing finalization of accounts and getting audits done on time
6) Managing all the internal audits and ensuring all the recommendations of the auditors are duly followed and implemented.
7) Ensuring all the tax returns - direct and indirect are filed on time
8) Following and completing all the deadlines on timely manner
9) Managing the APAC Finance team
10) Reporting to Senior Director Finance/Global Head of Finance with all Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports
