Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for Contract Execution for Medium Voltage Supply contracts.
- Work closely with manufacturing units and customers in the region.
- To plan and achieve Sales / invoicing targets for Energy MV Products (Switchgears and Transformers)
- Managing execution activities from post order booking till collections for allocated contracts.
- To ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- To ensure timely shipment of material and keeping minimum inventory level.
- Achieve the yearly Sales/ Cash in line with the growth ambition of the organization.
Knowledge of LV/MV products, exposure on drive automation, panels, exposure of relevant services business mainly switchgear related, Customer handling skills, People Management skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership skills, Result / deadline oriented.
- The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
Engineering Grad. in Electrical Engineering. - Has good knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution /Transmission.
- Has the ability to understand the need of customers.
- Has High level of technical skills in Switchgear and Transformer.
- Shall be able to handle Key Accounts and has the ability to convince them with Compelling arguments.
- Shall be able to negotiate and build relationships.
- Shall be able to carry Corporate image and should be solution provider.
- Should possess Excellent influencing and convincing skills.
