Sr. Manager - Business Finance
1. Establish and optimize financial processes to drive accounting discipline across diverse business setups and geographies.
2. Implement robust internal control mechanisms, operational reporting metrics, and budgeting systems to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
3. Develop and execute cost-saving techniques to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures while maintaining operational efficiency.
4. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of revenue and cost line items to support strategic decision-making.
5. Plan various drivers of BPO business, including Headcount/FTE structure, seats, utilization ratio, and hiring numbers in collaboration with operation and Workforce Management (WFM) teams.
6. Prepare and analyze financial reports to advise management on trends and future course of the organization.
7. Submit Annual Budgets, Monthly financial results, and quarterly rolling forecast, ensuring completion of all reporting requirements accurately and on time.
8. Finalize Balance Sheet and Tax Audit Reports, along with other attachments forming a part of financial statements of the company.
9. Analyze and interpret accounting information, formulate budgets, and conduct variance analysis to determine differences between projected and actual results, implementing corrective action as necessary.
10. Provide high-level, proactive financial expertise and leadership to the company, guiding short-term and long-term financial planning initiatives.
11. Handle mergers and acquisitions, analyze financial data, conduct due diligence, and facilitate successful completion of deals.
12. Partner with the company's Leadership on all operational and strategic issues, offering financial insights and recommendations.
13. Create company-level cash flows and bring accountability to committed financial Road Map.
14. Support CEO in all business reviews, providing financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision-making.
