Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design marketing omni channel outreach strategies against set quarterly goals.
- Online marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
- Experience working with SDRs and BDMs for both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to ICP.
- Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message.
- Hands on experience working with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot and Dynamics CRM).
- Experience managing and executing Google and LinkedIn paid campaigns.
Requirements Senior Executive/Assistant Manager :
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use analytical skills.
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills.
What you should have for Manager :
- A Masters degree in Business, Marketing
- 8+ years of IT Services demand generation experience and digital marketing experience for US Region; sales experience in IT Services, for North American market will be an added advantage
- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
- Have proven success conceiving and executing on account-based marketing programs and campaigns
- Be data-driven with strong business acumen. Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
- Have strong project management capabilities
- Experience with marketing operations stack, including marketing automation, CRM, LinkedIn, lead scoring, attribution, and account-based marketing technologies
- Experience in effectively leveraging HubSpot marketing automation
