Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts. Our ideal incumbent demonstrates excellent performance in managing bookkeeping & accounting activities; i.e., accounts receivables, accounts payable, invoicing, billing, expenses, banking, reconciliations, etc. Incumbent should also have excellent organizing skills and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks. Ultimately, incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Keep accurate records for all daily transactions. Prepare & Process. invoices, Bills & manage Expenses. Good knowledge of compliance pertaining to GST, TDS & Payroll. Record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Liaise with customers having long overdue and delinquent balances. Liaise with customers & vendors for resolving any issues related to invoicing, billing, payment, taxes, etc. Track bank deposits and payments & reconcile Bank Statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Assist in Budgeting, Tax & Return Filings, Audits. Update internal systems with financial data. Review and implement financial policies. Providing financial reports to the management team. The Successful Applicant 2 to 6 years of proven work experience as a finance officer or similar role. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics. Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures & financial regulations. Experience using financial software preferably Zoho Books, Xero, Quickbooks, etc. Proficient in Computers & Advanced MS Excel skills. Possess good data analytical skills, numerical skills and sharp time management skills. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data. Possess high level of commitment & ability to work autonomously.
