Senior Executive Accounts

1. Financial Transactions:

• Oversee and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial entries.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Play a significant role in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor budget performance and proactively report variances.

4. Bank and Vendor Reconciliation:

• Lead bank statement and vendor account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation processes.

5. Compliance and Taxation:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and manage the timely filing of tax returns.

• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

6. Audit Support:

• Play a key role in the preparation for internal and external audits.

• Provide necessary financial data and documentation to auditors.

7. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required.

8. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software - Telly and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
