1. Financial Transactions:
- Oversee and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial entries.
- Play a significant role in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and proactively report variances.
- Lead bank statement and vendor account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation processes.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and manage the timely filing of tax returns.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Play a key role in the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary financial data and documentation to auditors.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software - Telly and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
