Purpose of Job: Person will be part of Taxation team and will be providing support in management of statutory forms, assistance in tax compliance like collation of data, extraction of report from SAP etc.
Typical Role Requirements:
Qualification: B.com/ Graduate
Experience: 2 - 3 years with Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Good Communication
Area of Responsibilities:
Assistance in:
- Statutory Forms Management (Form F, C, D): Assistance in collation of Statutory Forms, reconciliation of forms and collation of backup data for getting forms from Department etc. Further, preparation of Form E tracker and reconciliation thereof with books of account.
- Data Support: Maintain accurate and organized tax records, documentation, and supporting materials as per direction given to him.
- Monthly tax compliance: Extraction of data from SAP, compiling data for VAT & GST Compliance, tax payments.
- Annual tax compliance: Assistance in collation and preparation of data for annual returns/audit report for VAT and GST.
- Ensure timely intimation of inputs/corrections provided by consultant to me and concerned person at unit level. Coordination with unit concerned person for passing correction entries in SAP and follow-up for closure thereof.
- Ensure all tax payments and filings are completed within the specified deadlines.
- GST & VAT Audits and Assessment (including litigations): Collation of data for audit, assessment and appeal purpose. Preparation of relevant working for submission.
