Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies.
Ensure compliance and contribute to policy development.
- Daily Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements daily. Resolve discrepancies promptly, maintaining accurate records.
- Preparation of TDS & GST: Prepare working papers, stay updated on regulations, and Assist in the timely filing of TDS and GST returns.
- Account Receivable Follow-ups: Manage accounts receivable, ensure timely payments, Communicate with clients, and enforce credit control policies.
Day-to-day Operations: Oversee financial operations, including invoicing and reporting. Collaborate with teams, identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
