We are looking for a Sr. Director TA:
- The person should be expert in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
- The person should have major experience into hiring for AI/ML and analytics domain- Mandatory.
- The person should have experience in handling a team of 10-15 people.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Age - Should not be more than 45 years.
- We are looking for Bangalore based candidates ONLY.
CTC- 40-50 LPA (Current CTC should not be less than 30 LPA)
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience handling recruitment across India and US geographies
- Setup and built scalable TA teams in the Analytics / IT industries
- Be able to reach out to and hire senior leaders across functions
- Network in the industry - vendors, consultants
- Comfortable in being hands-on with the new tools in the market
- Understanding of the salary benchmarks across roles in the 2 geographies
Job Description : The Senior Director/Director of Talent Acquisition would have accountability of the setting the resourcing plan for the year in collaboration with the Account Management and Delivery teams and onboard the resources against the agreed plan.
Planning:
- Creates the resourcing plan for both long term and broken on a monthly basis
- Identifies the capacity requirements of the TA function for the year and plans to bridge the capacity shortfall
- Defines the optimal TA organization and the direction for the year to meet the stated goals
Execution:
- Sets the weekly and monthly goals for the individual TA team members in line with the overall monthly goals
- Enhances the capacity of the TA function as required through appropriate models - inhouse team, Vendors, contractors etc
- Has a good view of the budgets for the function and achieves within the budget
- Enhances the performance of the team members through active coaching and mentoring
- Develops and deploys repeatable processes and systems to standardize the TA operations - sourcing through joining
- Awesome candidate engagement and referrals

- Is able to analyze the shortcomings and come up with solutions to improve sourcing, selection and joining ratios
