Description"Senior Business and data Analysts will work with various stakeholders (i.e. Global Client Group, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Finance along with various technology and Operation teams) to understand and author business requirements documents and manage the functional design to meet those requirements. As a Senior member of the team, the candidate should have experience leading efforts communicating goals, and striving for delivery.\nYou will be responsible for delivering the requirements on the Strategic projects and Business-driven and regulatory-driven changes.\nThis position requires independent thinking and thorough knowledge of the investment management space in addition to requirements process and project lifecycle methods. Skills"\u2022 8+ years of overall experience in business analysis\n\u2022 Experience with Data analysis, Data comparison across sources, and drawing conclusions is a must.\n\u2022 Thorough understanding of Investment Products: Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives\n\u2022 Experience in dealing with SQL, XML, JSON, and Complex Data \/ Technical architecture.\n\u2022 Advanced skills in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Access, Visio)\n\u2022 Scope management\n\u2022 Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns.\n\u2022 Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that address expressed needs\n\u2022 Ability to facilitate negotiation and build consensus amongst competing parties, ultimately driving teams to decision\n\u2022 Ability to work with stakeholders to identify and define priorities appropriately\n\u2022 Proven experience and passion for facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and designing customer-facing interfaces (navigation, look, and feel) for complex web applications and websites\n\u2022 Excellent strength in time management and organization skills with an aptitude for creative problem-solving\n\u2022 Ability to operate independently and effectively, making progress on tasks while dealing with process and project ambiguity\n\u2022 Experience with analysis in Agile development environments\n\u2022 Experience using Agile frameworks"
