Job description
1. To maintain administrative staff/security guards by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training of security staff & deploying in all sites.
2. To frame policies and procedures for training, coaching, counselling and career development for Admin/Security Staff.
3. To create and implement Security standards, policies and procedures.
4. Analyze & evaluate security operation to identify risks or opportunities for improvements.
5. Conduct physical examination of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
6. Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, fire hazards & fire fighting arrangements.
7. Ensure the safety of man, material & information within the workplace.
8. To maintain discipline among the employees at workplace.
9. Manage the budget for Security/Admin operation within the organization.
10. Any other job assigned by Director/CEO.
11. Liaising with local govt. officials and ensure statutory compliance.
