Softobiz Technologies is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT services industry, with proven experience in sales, pre-sales, closing deals, and the ability to effectively manage a team. This role will focus on the Australian, US, and other specified markets.
Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and reach potential clients in the Australian, US, and other targeted markets.
- Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing client relationships.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to pre-sales discussions and final closure.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Softobiz Technologies.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a high-performing Business Development team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Set and track team goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various IT services offered by Softobiz Technologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
- Closing Deals:
- Successfully close deals through effective negotiation and objection handling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, sales, and client acquisition within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals in the Australian and US markets.
- Strong understanding of various IT services and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
