Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Jalandhar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business and generating leads, managing accounts and building effective client relationships. They will be responsible for communicating with clients on current and upcoming roles to identify opportunities for new business.
Preferred Candidates: Local candidates from JALANDHAR, PUNJAB.
Qualifications:
- Freshers or experienced candidates having around 1-3 years of experience both are required
- New Business Development and lead generation skills
- Business and account management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as MBA Marketing or any technical degree
What we are looking for in an experienced candidate: Sales and marketing experience, experience in the same industry, proficiency in English language, excellent team management and organizational skills, and a proven track record of new Business Development and lead generation.
