Your Primary Role:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's business goals focusing on data analysis, competitive market analysis, brand management, risk management, crisis management & ethics developmentWork with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.Work with senior leadership to execute an IPO planLead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for growth.
About you (Your qualification and experience)Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business, Operations Management, Computer Science (Tier 1 MBA preferred).Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with strategy or consulting work experience.Experience with IT projects/ digitalization is an added advantage.SME knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes, systems and daily operations.
