We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management with extensive knowledge of order-tocash and procure-to-pay processes. As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of S4 Hana, focusing on sales and distribution and materials management modules. Your expertise in SAP technical aspects, along with your proficiency in project management, will be crucial in delivering seamless solutions that align with best practices and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize your 10+ years of SAP project management experience to lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and project planning to solution design, configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP products.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, contributing to efficient process design and optimization.
• Provide technical analysis and documentation for integrated systems and third-party applications, ensuring a seamless and cohesive system environment.
• Offer expert advice on SAP functionality and change management, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leverage your comprehensive SAP background across various modules to make informed decisions and guide the project team effectively.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or other relevant tools to create detailed project plans and track progress.
• Utilize strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in business change management and digital transformation to drive successful project outcomes.
• Showcase your problem-solving skills by identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions based on industry best practices.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Hands-on experience in S4 Hana implementation, specifically in the sales and distribution and materials management modules.
• Knowledge of SAP technical aspects, including ABAP, is a valuable asset.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum is advantageous.
• Proficiency in planning tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar software.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong background in business change management and digital transformation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
