Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Sales Manager - Business Loan, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the Ranchi, Jharkhand, India area. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Business Loans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Business Loan targets
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Ranchi, Jharkhand area
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursements
- Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Stay updated with industry developments and regulations related to Business Loans
