Responsibilities:
- One would be responsible for enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding by being on top of employee pulse.
- Actively contributing in creating a positive work culture by driving Rewards & Recognition Programs and effective grievance handling, Performance management system, with a focus on building effective retention strategies for the organization.
- Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team.
- Supporting managers with organizational management, related to organizational changes and resourcing.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have experience of 2-4 years in Sales HRBP role with full time MBA HR
- Having good interpersonal skills, understanding of FMCG sales dynamics, good experience in TA, PMS, Emp. Engagement
