Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the firefighting system industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of firefighting systems and solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary Range: The salary for this position will be in the range of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, Travel allowances will be extra.

Probation Period: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of joining. During this time, the performance and suitability for the role will be assessed. If work execution is found to be below the standard protocol or if the candidate fails to meet the expected performance criteria, the company reserves the right to terminate employment at any time.
Requirements:
Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and interact with clients.
Bike is mandatory for local Marketing & Local supervisory.
Passion for Sales: A genuine interest in sales and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Quick Learner: Eagerness to learn about fire safety systems and the ability to grasp technical details.

Responsibilities:
Traveling: Be willing to travel to different locations (Across M.P.) to meet clients, conduct site surveys, fulfill site requirements and participate in industry events and exhibition.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, emails, social media, and networking.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and other fire safety products to effectively demonstrate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Client Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our fire safety solutions to prospective clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their fire safety needs and offering suitable solutions.
Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and customized quotations and proposals based on client requirements
Sales Objectives: Work towards achieving individual and team sales objectives to contribute to the company's growth.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Follow-ups: Engage in regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation and delivery.
Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the installation and commissioning of firefighting systems for various projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and installers, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure efficient and accurate installation of fire safety equipment.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during installations to ensure that all firefighting systems are installed according to industry standards and meet safety regulations.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of firefighting systems and equipment, providing technical support and guidance to the installation team when required.
Materials and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of installation materials and equipment to ensure smooth project execution and timely procurement of necessary items.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for the installation team and other personnel.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, documents including installation reports, Fire Plan, Fire Audit Report, work completion certificates, and any change orders or deviations from the original scope of work.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-installation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance the overall installation process.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during installation, working closely with the technical team to find effective solutions.
Client Support: Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Labor and Worker Arrangement: Organize and manage labor and workers for the installation projects, including welders, fitters, and other skilled personnel, ensuring the right resources are allocated to each project as per the requirements.
