Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet, Greet, and direct customers
- Provide accurate information about the product and its specifications (e.g. product speciality, quality, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Understanding and fulfilling the product and service needs of the customer
- Increasing the basket size of the customer by suggesting different products
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers
- Maintaining the inventory of your respective counter and section
- Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges of products as per the company policy
- Coordinate with the team members to provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers about campaigns, collections, and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered by the company
- Record CLR along with reason and follow up with your CLRs regularly

Qualification
- 12th pass or Graduate candidate
- Must have experience in jewellery background
- Must understand, write and speak basic English
