Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our solar rooftop solutions. This is a full-time position based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales or a similar role
- Strong sales prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Good product knowledge, preferably in the solar energy sector
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through sales prospecting techniques
- Present and demonstrate our solar rooftop solutions to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
