Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various sources including market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
