Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate (FRESHERS) who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities -

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Develop and cultivate strong communication relationships with customers
• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features

Qualifications and skills

• General understanding of the principles of sales
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred
• Experience with customer service
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Should be flexible in working US time shift as well.
