POSITION – AVP / VP (EMPLOYER BRANDING)

A Go To Market (GTM) Strategist who closely works with Product, Sales and Marketing and creates GTM strategy to grow our employer branding revenue and customer base. We think we have the potential to grow the same by 3X in the next 3 years.

Attracting talent and retaining Talent have been on top of the mind for any CEO/CHRO. As Leaders know great teams bring success to the organisation.

One of the biggest tools to drive the same is “Employer Branding” and therefore, many companies invest consistently in building a strong employer brand. Few Organisations have now dedicated teams managing employer branding in the organisation.

We are now looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Strategist who will closely work with Product, Sales and Marketing and create GTM strategy to grow our employer branding revenue and customer base.

The incumbent will closely work with Sales Team across country, Product /Business teams  from Naukri/iimjobs/hirist/firstnaukri/AmbitionBox and even meet customers to design strategy and execution.

 

Education qualification / Work Experience:

MBA from A+ Business School with mini. 10-12 years of experience

Brand Marketing experience of mini. 5-7 years

Employer Branding experience of minimum 3-5 years.

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in building employer brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms, media planning and media buying.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
