Responsibilities
• Increase liabilities size of relationships with existing KCC customers• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities• Establish close connections with customers to provide insights on interest rates and product offerings• Generate sales leads for KCC customers• Acquire new customers while assessing credit• Increase volume of business by leveraging knowledge on various aspects• Monitor and manage portfolio effectively• Develop working relationship with branch banking• Evaluate growth strategy and recommend process changes• Plan and initiate promotions and marketing initiatives
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant branch banking experience• Full-time graduate degree in Commerce/Arts/Science/Biology/Business/Computers/Maths/Engineering/Management/others• Understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and security documents
