Job Description
1. Sales Improvement and Market Share Enhancement
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the region, area, and territory levels.
Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and challenges to forecast sales and set achievable objectives.
Focus on Key Products: Prioritize key products for strategic promotion and sales efforts to ensure they achieve targeted growth and market share.
New Product Launch: Plan and execute successful launch strategies for new products, ensuring optimal market penetration and share.
2. Activity Enhancement
Monitor and Increase Team Activity: Track the activities of medical representatives and area managers, focusing on increasing their engagement and effectiveness in the field.
Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training programs for the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Program Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of promotional programs and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
3. Customer Coverage and Query Resolution
Enhance Customer Coverage: Ensure all core customers are regularly visited by the medical representatives and area managers, increasing product visibility and sales opportunities.
Improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop strategies to improve customer coverage, including addressing and resolving customer queries promptly and effectively.
Data-Driven Customer Interaction: Utilize customer and sales data to tailor discussions and strategies for different territories, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and sales.
4. Data Management and Reporting
Maintain Comprehensive Data Records: Keep detailed records of sales data, customer interactions, market research, and team activities to inform strategies and decision-making.
Regular Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and team activities.
Analyze Sales and Market Data: Analyze data related to sales, customer coverage, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
5. Product Promotion and Professional Representation
Product Training: Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Professional Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, embodying the brand's values and standards.
Promotional Material Utilization: Effectively use promotional materials and samples to support sales efforts and enhance product visibility.
6. Resource Optimization
Evaluate and optimize the use of samples and promotional materials, ensuring they are effectively contributing to sales and marketing objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities within the region, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment.
