• Complete the oboarding of employers including siging up of agreemrnt, saving the agreement copies in digital and physical format in official records, maintaing database of employers, their contact persons, terms of payments and other terms of agreement in digital database etc.
• Obtain all the details about he job from the employers on regular basis
• Upload all the job opeings into Gazabjobs master database and job data file.
• Maitain a detail data of all the candidates who have been hired and ensure that those candidates are engage till they join the employer and complete the minimum replacement period after joining

• Raise invoices on the employers for the candidates who have completed the minimum replacement period after joining.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, showing data about employer acquired, jobs added, jobs deactivated, hiring done, joining achieve, invoicing done etc.
• Check with employers from time to time of jobs remaning active or not and deactivate jobs in jabs database file and Gazab jobs master.

• Should have good communication skills
• Should have experience in Project Management role
• Great leadership skills

• Should be able to modify the current processes of the company
• Ability to perform under pressure
