- As our Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing the approved Final Investment Request (FIR), leading the planning and execution of the project until the project completion, supporting the growth of a shopping center, offices and hotel, within the budget and with expected quality to achieve our long-term strategy Meeting place Approach
- You will also be responsible for supporting our Investment Divestment function during acquisitions/divestments with timelines, cost and income estimates related to redevelopments and extensions
- Additionally, you will use your Leadership skills to establish effective cooperation with all stakeholders and partners during PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, including local authorities, to secure project execution targets are met within expected quality, time and budget, cost, income, risk and IRR
Amongst other things you will:
- Recruit, build and secure that project team has necessary professional competence and expertise to deliver such project to a required commercial, construction and financial result.
- Support team during conceptional phase integrating all value drivers from Concept Design, Meeting Place Making to Sustainability Digital
- Plan coordinate execution according to the agreed concept design and commercial brief incorporating adapting to leasing inputs as well as incorporate licenses requirements, identify deviation risks and make corrective action decisions
- Be responsible for securing cooperation cross Centres functions, Ingka Real Estate and IKEA Retail and build trust and constructive relationship with regional local authorities as well as with all stakeholders
- Engage the whole execution team in a proactive attitude towards innovation and adaptation to a constantly changing environment from consumers expectation to tenants requirements
- Lead the Project Team ensuring that all relevant and necessary project processes linked to acquisition, concept, design, permitting, leasing, marketing, construction, sustainability, digital, procurement etc are timely planned, executed and followed up according to rules, frameworks and legislation
- Responsible for smooth handover of assigned development project(s) including relevant documentation, training and warranties to the shopping center manager
